Check-in time: 3:30pm. Check out time: 10:30am. No pets allowed. Minimum of 3 nights stay for Individual room reservations.
Confirmation: We cannot guarantee availability unless a reservation request is sent to us by email with your credit card details (MasterCard or Visa), name of holder, number, expiry date and receipt of deposit via bank transfer or credit card. If by wire transfer please tell us when executed so we can send you the confirmation.
Deposit: All reservations require a 50% deposit upon booking by credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellations as a result of covid related travel restrictions, are fully refundable or can be applied to the following year at the same price.
Individual room reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to one month prior to arrival. For cancellations between one and four weeks prior to arrival, 100% of your deposit will be charged. For cancellations within 1 week of arrival, full amount of stay will be charged .
Whole house reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to four months prior to arrival. For cancellations between one and four months prior to arrival, 100% of your deposit will be charged. For cancellations within 1 month of arrival, full amount of stay will be charged.
Enrichment series reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to four months prior to arrival. For cancellations between one and four months prior to arrival, 100% of your deposit will be charged. For cancellations within 1 month of arrival, full amount of stay will be charged.
Payment Options: MasterCard, Visa or bank wire.
Terms of Payment: Outstanding balance due will be charged to your credit card on day of departure.
